Delivery

Every phone arrives sealed with its warranty card.

• Inside Dhaka: same day or next day, ৳80 (free over ৳3,000).
• Outside Dhaka: 2–3 days, ৳150.

Paying

Pay cash on delivery, or pay in advance with bKash, Nagad or card. For large orders we may ask for a small advance to confirm.

Tracking your parcel

You get an SMS when your order is packed and again when it is out for delivery. Use Track Order with your order number and mobile number to see where it is.

At the door

Please check the parcel in front of the rider. If something is damaged or missing, do not accept it and call us — we will send a replacement.
